Only 11 days to go before The First Vocaloid event in the Philippines! VOCA★FUSION!
VocaFusion will also present a first of it’s kind in the Philippines - the VocaPanel. The VocaPanel will give an insider's look on how the process of creating Vocaloid music happens. Songwriting, Vocaloid Tuning and composing music will be covered. The Panel will feature one of the most prolific Vocaloid producers from Japan, Rerulili/Toushahi-P (Mr. Music, Itsumo Yori Nakimushi na Sora, Nande?, Asa ga Kite etc. ) together with homeborn composers such as Apol, Eyes and HaruP. Works from western Vocaloid P unit, Vocalekt Visions will also be featured in the event.

There will also be performances from Filipino cover bands and singers throughout the day. Well-known bands in the community like Error505, Raika, Asterysk and the group Anibeat Rocks will perform. Local guest from Iligan City Yoru Sagara, a Youtube singer, will also be in the event. Guest performer Min-chan (from Indonesia) will be on the event. And as the main highlight for performances, famed acoustic guitarist from Nico Nico Douga, Osamuraisan will perform for us. With the addition of That, a popular Utaite from Nico Nico Douga, composer and member of the former group Absorb, will grace the event.
Other activites such as Cosplay Catwalk where the best Vocaloid cosplayers around will showcase their craft by showing off their awesome costumes. Cosplayer from Singapore Jesuke will be in the event for the catwalk, Q&A and also a Meet&Greet. We can all see our favorite Vocaloids live, in the flesh! There will also be a Vocaloid Art Competition. Filipino artists would showcase their talents in visual arts with Vocaloid as the main theme. Photography enthusiasts will be able to participate in our Vocaloid Photography Competition and Exhibit.
VocaFusion --a community organization that promotes VOCALOID and Yattemita (Nico Nico Douga) to the Filipino community. In partnership with CreatiVoices Production and SMX Convention Center, We will be having an event entitled VOCA★FUSION in the Philippines on May 20, 2012. This is a way to promote and showcase the VOCALOID software, the artists, and the community to the Filipinos. This is an event for fans by fans.
VOCA★FUSION will also be transferring to a bigger and more accessible venue! It will now be held at the SMX Convention Center, Function Room 1. There's just so many Vocaloid fans out there that a bigger venue is needed!
There will be an entrance fee for this event of 200PHP. You can enjoy all of these, the activities, competitions, awesome performances and Vocaloid panels in a day all prepared for the Vocaloid and Nico Nico Douga enthusiasts, new and old alike!
