Ticket Pre-Orders via eTicket System NOW UP!

Ticket pre-orders for the much anticipated Achira no Akaboshi live event is now up and running! We'll make it easier for everyone to get their tickets and reservations ready for the event, via our eTicket system!
No more physical meet-ups in far away places. Instead, just drop us an email for your ticket orders, and a visit to the nearest bank! And even fans way too far to reach NCR can now get their tickets this way! How? Simple! Read on below!


ETICKET PRE-ORDER SYSTEM:

1.   Drop us an email at vocafusion.ticket@gmail.com with the following details:
    • SUBJECT LINE: Ticket order
    • CONTENT/BODY: 
      • Your FULL NAME (Buyer's full name)
      • Contact Number
      • Number of Tickets, and Type of Ticket to order (example: 2 VIP Tickets, 1 Middle Section, & 3 General Admission Tickets)
2.   Wait for our reply! We will be emailing you the bank details and the total cost of your payment

3.   Deposit the fee in a bank near you. Keep the receipt / proof of deposit with you!
4.   Once paid, take a picture of your receipt or scan it, and reply back to us!
5.   After we've confirmed the deposit, we'll be sending you a SERIAL NUMBER unique to your name!
6.   Print the email containing the serial number and show it to us on the day of the event.
7.   Get your tickets and gain entry to the concert.
8.   Enjoy the show!

Now isn't that simple?! Just send us your ticket reservation, pay the fee in the bank, and we'll give you your serial numbers. No need to meet up with any VocaFusion representatives around the Metro anymore! Just show up on the day of the event with your printed eTicket and we'll pass the real tickets to you!

We will NOT TRANSACT pre-order requests through our other emails, Facebook, Twitter, or on this website. 

We will, however, send you a MOBILE NUMBER to contact, once you have secured your reservations. Again, please do your transactions with the OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZED mobile number only.
We are not responsible for any loss due to fraudulent misrepresentations and transactions with unrecognized / unauthorized persons.
Your SERIAL NUMBER is unique to YOU and ONLY YOU. This serial number is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Please bring a valid ID (Government, School, Work ID) for proper identification when claiming your tickets on the day of the event. Names NOT MATCHING the Serial Number will be considered INVALID.
Staff will not accept eTicket presented in any other medium (electronic, mobile, tablet, etc). It must be printed on letter-sized or A4 paper, in Monochrome or multi-colored ink.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Section 1: Method

1.       The term “e-ticket” shall be taken to mean the document that is ordered and paid for via bank deposit, printed out by the customer and intended for use as a ticket for the event. The term “customer” shall be taken to mean the person who purchases an e-ticket. The term “seller” will refer to the party issuing serial numbers to customer. Finally, the term “Organizer” shall identify the party involved in delivering the event connected with the e-ticket and the seller.



2.       The e-ticket is a valid ticket if the following conditions are met:

·         The e-ticket is for the individual person and is non-transferable. A valid identity document with a photograph must be presented when the ticket is checked, which includes

o   Government-issued IDs: Driver’s License, TIN ID, Passport, Postal ID, etc.

o   School ID

o   Work / Company ID

·         The e-ticket is only valid for the event stated in the ticket itself.

·         The e-ticket is only valid if it is printed – either in colour or in black and white – on plain A4 or Letter-size paper, in portrait orientation (vertically) without modification to the print size. It may under no circumstances be presented on any other medium (electronic, screen, mobile, etc.)

·         Good print quality is required; e-tickets that are poorly printed, damaged, illegible or only partly visible will be rejected and deemed to be invalid.

·         The e-ticket name and serial number combination must match the records of the ticket staff on the day itself. Non-matching records will be deemed invalid.



Section 2: Supply of Services and Support

2.1 Seller shall provide the Services to the Customer for the duration of this Agreement and will use its reasonable endeavors to provide the Services in a professional manner.



2.2 Seller uses a third party program or website to: conduct transaction, store data, and to provide communication services. That third party undertakes to provide its services at or above industry standards. All parties rely upon the services of other telecommunications operators. Accordingly, seller does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free or that the delivery or e-mails or SMS text messages will be without delay.



2.3 Seller will endeavor to ensure that any third parties involved in the supply of the Services take appropriate security measures to protect Data.



2.4 It may be necessary to temporarily suspend the Services from time to time to carry out maintenance of equipment; such suspensions will be limited. However, the Services may also be suspended (in whole or part) where Seller or the third party host is obliged to comply with an order, instruction or request of government, a court or other competent administrative authority or an emergency service organisation.



2.5 Seller may at any time without notifying the Customer make any changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any relevant statutory, regulatory or similar requirements, which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Services.



2.6 Seller will provide e-mail support for the Services during its usual business hours free of charge.



2.7 Use of the Seller services requires the use of the services of a 3rd party payment processor, in this case a local bank, with which the Customer must contract separately. The customer acknowledges that Seller is in no way responsible for the actions or operations of the 3rd party processor.



2.8 The Customer acknowledges that Seller provides the platform for the issuing of eTickets to consumers and is not responsible for the fulfillment of the events to said consumers or the processing of payments for these tickets. At no point does Seller undertake a contract with a consumer, it remains the Customers sole responsibility to deliver the event to which the tickets relate to.



2.9 Seller will use one and only one contact information per electronic device. Customers are required to transact with the Seller’s indicated single mobile number and single e-mail address. Any transactions by the Customer outside of the said mobile and e-mail address will not be recognized by Seller and Organizer as valid. Organizer and Seller are not responsible for any losses from any transactions done by the Customer outside of the indicated methods and addresses of communication.





Section 3: Charges and Return Policy

3.1 The Customer shall pay the Charges for the Services in accordance with the payment terms agreed with Seller. These charges include only the prices indicated in the eticket provided. No other charges will be asked from the Customer.



3.2 Charges are due before data relating to event tickets are released to the customer. Data will not be released until full payment is received.



3.3 Payment of the Charges is solely made by Bank Deposit, to an account specified by the Seller.



3.4 No payment shall be deemed to have been made until Seller has received proof of clear funds, specifically receipt from the bank deposit slip.



3.5 All sales are deemed final. Should the Customer require Seller’s Service once more, it is the Customer’s responsibility to make another separate transaction.



3.6 Refund of tickets is allowed under the following conditions:

·         Cancellation of event wherein eticket has been issued, due to circumstances under the cause and/or responsibility of the Organizer. This does not include postponement of event to a later date and venue.

·         Acts of God or Nature, wherein the Seller, Organizer and Customers have been deemed unable to attend said event, and causing undue cancellation of the event.

·         Seller is deemed unable to issue eticket up until day of Organizer’s event. Customer is required to show proof of deposit to Seller. Execution of refund will be provided if and only if Customer name is not on Seller’s eticket list, after confirmation of valid proof of deposit.

3.7 Unless the conditions for refund are fulfilled as stated in 3.6, all sales are non-refundable for whatever circumstance the Customer may supply to the seller.





Section 4: Data Protection and Confidentiality

4.1 Seller is deemed to protect all data sent by Customers, including but not limited to demographic information. Methods of data protection include but not limited to redundancy, encryption, and limited access to data. 



4.2 Access to data is only limited to authorized persons, specifically the Seller.



4.3 All data shall be kept confidential. By under no circumstances outside of Seller transactions can the data be retrieved, unless ordered upon by law.



4.4 Seller is not responsible for Customer’s loss of data caused by unsecure access to e-mail or electronic accounts prior, during, and after transaction for eticket issuance. The Customer is responsible for securing and protecting eticket immediately after issuance by Seller.



Section 5: Other Liabilities

5.1 Seller warrants to the Customer that the Services will be provided using reasonable care and skill.



5.2 Seller shall have no liability to the Customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from any Data which are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form or for any act or omission of a Customer.



5.3 Subject to clause 5.2 and save as expressly provided in these Terms, Seller shall not be liable to the Customer by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term (including those relating to satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose), or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the Agreement, for (i)loss of profit, (ii)loss of revenue, (iii)loss of savings or anticipated savings, (iv)loss of data, (v)loss of use of software or data, (vi)loss or waste of management or staff time, (vii)any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of Seller, its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of the Services or their use by the Customer.



5.4 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be responsible to the other party in circumstances where some or all of the obligations under the Agreement cannot be performed due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the defaulting party, including an Act of God, change in legislation, fire, explosion, flood, accident, strike, lockout or other industrial dispute, war, terrorist act, riot, civil commotion, failure of public power supplies, failure of communication facilities, default of suppliers or sub-contractors, or the inability to secure computer processing facilities (including those of the necessary quality or security), obtain SMS text messaging services, obtain materials or supplies and, in all cases, the inability to do so except at increased prices (whether or not due to such causes).



Section 6: Disputes

In the event of any dispute or difference arising between the parties in connection with this Agreement, senior representatives of the parties shall, within 10 days of written notice being given by either party to the other, meet in good faith at a neutral venue of Seller's choosing in NCR area in an effort to resolve the dispute.



Section 7: Voidance of Sale

Seller has the right to declare an issued eticket null and void and restrict access to the event when Customer breaches the following conditions:

·         Violation of the terms indicated and agreed upon in the sale of etickets

·         Fraudulent misrepresentation, third-party selling, scalping of etickets

·         Attempt at counterfeiting, replication, and tampering of eticket in any means possible

·         Settled disputes in favor of the Seller

·         Methods of deception employed by Customer to gain entry to event through fraudulent means

·         Falsification of records







It is the responsibility of the Customer to completely read and understand the terms indicated in the selling of etickets.
